Wedding Soiree With a Twist

Summer is for socializing!  In air conditioning!

With a Twist Events is partnering with the Country Club on Hampton to offer plenty of bang for your buck.  The evening begins with vendors first!  Vendors are welcome to host a full table ($60), host a shared table ($40), or just come armed with business cards and a smile to network with new people!

We'll have plenty of time to gather, set up, and then TALK SHOP.  How can we maximize our marketing ROI?  What social media tips can we offer each other?  How do we stay centered in our "feast or famine" industry?

After our vendor meet and greet, we'll open the doors to the nearlywed community.  Dazzle your prospective clients with your talent, industry knowledge, and personal style.  Come prepared with contracts:  we want everyone to walk away with new bookings.  

Prizes will be given for:

-Most creative "Wedding Soiree With a Twist" social media promotion 

-Most impressive vendor booth

-Most compelling vendor talk

A few notes:  

*We want to hear from you, our industry professionals!  During our Vendor Meet & Greet, we'll have a series of Vendor Talks.  If you'd like to offer your expertise, please sign up for a topic on our Google Form.  We'll reach out to those selected by July 1.

*This event- as with all networking events- is only as successful as the vendor enthusiasm which promotes it.  Vendors who are purchasing a vendor booth are expected to promote the event at least four times in the week leading up to the event.  A prize will be offered to the vendor who has the most creative promotion!  

*Event booth reservations are non-refundable.  If the original vendor cannot attend, they may transfer their booth to a vendor approved by With a Twist Events

*Pack it in, pack it out- vendor booths will need to be cleared by the end of the night.  Vendors are responsible for removing all their items as well as any garbage
